About us
Chamings Plumbing & Heating was founded over 30 years ago in Tavistock, West Devon and is a family-run business serving Devon and Cornwall.
Chamings cover all aspects of plumbing, from a dripping tap, boiler servicing and breakdowns to full heating system and bathroom installations. We’re registered to carry out work on gas, LPG and oil appliances, as well as installing and maintaining biomass, air source heat pumps and solar thermal equipment. We are also authorised to carry out legionella surveys for landlords – a local laboratory partner carries out any water tests that may be required.
Our boiler maintenance checks are carried out by skilled engineers all with a number of years experience. They ensure that your equipment meets all current regulations, conforms to warranty requirements and will advise the best course of action for your situation.
For landlords, we not only carry out your annual landlord safety checks, we also complete the annual maintenance check at the same time, saving you money and inconvenience to your tenants.
